Our work with Gilmours is a two-stage project combining new build and complex seismic strengthening.

The first stage – an 80-tonne, 2,240m² extension – expanded the existing warehouse and retail footprint. The second stage, now underway, involves seismic strengthening works requiring 100 tonnes of steel. The challenge lies in installing heavy roof members, chillers, and entranceway reinforcements while keeping the retail store operational.
Delivered in partnership with Kynoch Construction and Silvester Clark, this project demonstrates our ability to manage high-complexity steelwork in live environments with precision and minimal disruption.
